OPI 2.100, the final OPI panel, is brought to you by Robert "Sundini" Sundin.
That's right, this is the final OPI panel for this story and (maybe) forever. I started this crazy project a couple years ago during some down time in my webcomics career (or whatever you want to call it). Magic City was ending, and Amanda Green, SIA, was still in pre-production, so I could do something crazy like this. And this was a crazy-ass project! Both incarnations were weird but fun, and it was exciting to see what people would make up on the fly. I've met some really great artists along the way, some of which I'm going to collaborate with on comics in the near future!
But OPI also became a bit of a chore to maintain. And I got busy with other projects that required more of my attention. So I'm not going to do another OPI. Maybe not ever, or maybe not for a long while. I really need a break from this. Maybe, with a modified format, I might start up another round in the future. But for now this is it.
So I'd like to thank everyone who has participated in this project: thank you, everyone! You're all amazing! There are really too many names to list here, and I don't want to try and count how many people participated. Let's just say it was a lot. Thank you, dear reader, for following these crazy stories. I don't know how you did it. Really, I don't, so I'm in awe of you.
If you'd like to read my webcomics, please check out Amanda Green, SIA, and The NRFP. They are my current projects with former OPI contributor Marili Ramirez, and they're pretty awesome. You can find me on Twitter, @gregthelen, and you can find me on Tumblr (occasionally) at Exit 421.
Thank you, and good night.
